I cancelled my subscription on 4/8/22…
I cancelled my subscription on 4/8/22 and got an email from them confirming the cancellation. Then on 7/7/22 they billed my credit card $9.99 for no apparent reason. I've been in touch with customer service and it's like talking to zombies. They will not refund my money.

NFL - The Most Disgusting and Dishonest Business Practice I Have Ever Experienced - Be Warned Friends

Thank You so much TrustPilot.

After going public with my utter frustration trying to Cancel my NFL GamePass Subscription for 3 weeks and Posting my 12th and Final Email here, threatening to Cancel my Credit Card on TrustPilot (below), the "Cancel Auto Renewal" Button magically appeared on my profile screen.
**I wish I could post the Before (29 June 22) and After (1 July 22) Screenshots I have of my Profile Page to show you how the "Cancel Button" just magically appeared after writing and posting my review here, and after reading more reviews below, I see I am not the only one.

Thank you TrustPilot so much, for giving us the chance to say and show our side of the frustrating challenges we face with some companies when trying to cancel subscriptions.
It really does make a difference
It's just such a shame that we have to go thru all this.

Hi Friends

I have been Patient, Polite, Respectful and
I really hate having to do this, but to be honest, being a retired business owner myself and after trying for over 3 weeks to Cancel my Account and they continue and repeatedly send me false emails that do not work.

I have just simply run out of patience and respect for what they do to us customers, it is Dishonest and Disgusting business practice and they should be ashamed of themselves.

They then send me to their website that has had the same Error Message now for the last 6 days that prevents me from cancelling my subscription.

I have screen shots of all their website pages the dates, and the proof to show that their Button does not even exist.

Here is the last email of more than 12 emails I have had to send to the NFL, after 3 weeks of trying to Cancel my Subscription after spending hundreds of dollars with them over the last years.

They took my money and gave me nothing in return.
I was in Mexico in Dec 2021 and wanted to watch the Cowboys. No service in Mexico but they took the money anyway. Just kept saying download problem, not that it was unavailable in Mexico. Billed me for a subscription through Google Play from mid Dec 2021 until i was finally able to cancel today, May 18, 2022. Links to customer service were hard to find. I was unaware that only replays were available because that was not made clear. Bad service offering, bad customer support, hidden contacts, deceptive marketing

NFL Tech Support Email
I just got an email from their tech support:

"We apologize for the extended duration of our response.

We are aware of and working to resolve this perpetual issue, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We absolutely understand how frustrating this process can be and are working diligently to rectify this dilemma.

Please be aware that we expect this playback issue to be resolved for the 2022 season."

HAHAHA! What a joke. "expect"...just more BS

Platform switch fail
The change over to a new viewing platform has been negative for my experience. I used the All-22 for film study, but its so choppy and skips frequently. It makes many plays unwatchable. Multiple browsers, multiple computers. Canceled membership due to product.

Beyond frustrated
I signed up for a free trial on the NFL game pass in Oct/Nov. Not only did I get billed I have been billed every month since then. I have tried numerous times to cancel but can't log in to the account. I have tried calling the listed number but keep getting "your call cannot be completed as dialed". I have tried getting help online but to no avail. I can't even sign into the account.

I’m an idiot but this app is trash
Terrible. I tried to use it for a game out of my market and it would not work. I waited for a confirmation email that never arrived but it took my credit card info. When I tried to cancel it the same day, it said I did not have an account. But then I was charged two weeks later. The AI customer service app is absolute trash and I sent a few emails that never got a response. So then I got charged again. Finally found an email after an internet search. They finally responded but I’m on my third exchange to resolve the issue and put a block on my card.

this is the most inconvenient app you can possibly ever get. customer service is not existent they want you to figure it out on your own over their website or on the app and it is super difficult and very unorganized. I suggest to stay away from this app to anybody who considers it. Instead of taking monthly installments out they took out the $100 and there is no phone number to call and talk to anyone. this company is a joke. The games only work half the time if u can get it to connect.

It is presented as providing live game content, as an alternative to logging in with a cable provider. However, there is little to know unique or live content from other free services. Additionally, the information for cancelling the subscription is intentionally misleading and inaccurate.

I don’t understand why my game pass…
I don’t understand why my game pass doesn’t work half the time. I try to watch the game the next day and all I get is a blank screen. If by chance I get a game it freezes and I can’t get out of the game. We pay to watch the games and it’s very frustrating

I agree with the other subscribers.I support the rams.And steelers.They are shown quite a lot on sky.So I cannot watch live.When sky have the games.What am I paying for.Is not what they say you get.Is this fraud.And a criminal offence

Scam
They never broadcast the games in the UK. It's an absolute scam. They block it and say another channel is broadcasting it. It's an expensive service and you just can't watch the games. When you get to customer service they say it's there wright and they are not gonna give the money back. Bottom line I've payed but can't watch.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work. Jumps to the end of games. Lots of commercials. Now I can’t log in at all on my fire stick. Won’t refund my money. Support ticket asks for pics and videos like that will help. Asks for info I already gave in the email.

No wonder they buried their customer service
I wish there were negative stars. This service is so bad it is hard to know where to begin. Every single time I log in, it does not recognize that I have paid and asks me to pay again. It can often take up to 30 minutes just to get past this hurdle. Then you have to wait for the games to load on the page, which, like yesterday, never managed to happen at all. This was on a PC. Trying to watch from another device is even worse. On my PS4 the toggle to hide scores doesn't function, not all the games are available for viewing, and once one of their premiered clips starts to play, the only way to exit is to exit the entire app. To top it off, customer support is buried somewhere. No surprise given what utter garbage this service is.
